Michael A. Grace has been in the healthcare industry for over 18 years. His technical knowledge is supported by his strong background in facilities and construction management. He is a result - driven individual who has had direct responsibility for over 35 hospitals in 20 states. Michael is a change champion who’s professional abilities have earned him a reputation of creating winning teams with a can do attitude. Bishop Henry Washington, PhD - Associate Consultant
Bishop Henry M. Washington, Ph.D., is fondly known to most as "Coach". He has been the Executive Director and Chief Advocate of the Office of the Ecclesiastical Council since 1993, representing more than 2,450 churches, fellowships and ministries in the United States, Canada and Germany. He also serves as Advisor to the CME, AME, Full Gospel, Churches of God in Christ ministries, and a host of non-denominational ministries. Bishop Washington is also the Advisor to the presiding Bishop of the Fellowship of Independent and Global Churches and Ministries, Inc., and is the Financial Advisor to that organization.
John Rademaker, Advisor
John Rademaker’s experience includes over 30 years in sales in the Security contracting industry. Positions have included Telecom Technicians, Inc. (TTI) – Director of Marketing and Sales, LVC Technologies – Executive Vice President and Part Owner, Sensormatic/Tyco – Director of GM Global Security Systems, and JWP/Walker – Owner. As Director of Marketing and Sales for TTI, Rademaker is involved with fortune 500 companies for their security requirements from the design through the build phases. Personal sales have averaged $5-10M annually.
Clients and customers have included General Motors, Little Caesars National, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Red Wings, Lear Corp., Soave Enterprises, and Volkswagen USA. Recent contracts have included the provision of video surveillance for the All-Star Game at Comerica Field in Detroit, physical security services for the Superbowl, and integrated surveillance for two major casinos.
