Frank Campanaro

Frank Campanaro is CEO of Trillacorpe, LLC. Since 1997 he has served as the Company’s leader, successfully guiding and developing the firm’s national presence in 4 distinct areas:

  1. Architecture & Engineering
  2. Environmental Remediation
  3. Security Design & Planning
  4. Pharmaceutical Distribution

Frank is a successful Real Estate Developer & Contractor with 18 years of experience, and has received numerous accolades in the course of servicing the real estate industry from development to construction and from environmental redevelopment and urban renewal to green building. Frank has a degree in Hospitality from a leading New York university, and served in U.S. Army Special Operations on active duty receiving several distinguished awards for Valor including a Presidential Unit Citation.

Frank’s passion for excellence in conjunction with his Military Service and Contracting experience allow him to provide outstanding performance and quality service to his clients, both private and Federal. His company and its affiliates have offices and operations throughout 9 U.S. States and 6 foreign countries, and a core of talented, motivated personnel with individual work histories totaling more than 900 years of experience. His advisors consist of retired Flag Officers and respected business leaders from key sectors of industry and commerce.

Charles F. Sills, Director of Operations

Charles Sills has a wide-ranging background in International Business, Strategic Planning, and Advanced Technologies and Industrial Strategies in the Transportation, Energy, Aerospace/Defense and Environmental sectors. He has extensive experience as a senior business executive and consultant to U.S. Governmental bodies as well as foreign governments, the World Bank, the United Nations and international NGOs.

He served as a member of the Danube Basin Industrial Restoration Task Force and the Japan-U.S. Joint Fund for Central/Eastern Europe, and was a special advisor to the Helsinki Commission, the Kaliningrad Defense Conversion Initiative, and the Central Europe Environmental Partnership sponsored by the German Marshall Fund of the U.S.

He wrote Martin Marietta Aerospace’s first Strategic Business Plan for Southern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa as a member of their International Division. He is a former Naval Intelligence Officer who served in the Pentagon, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the National Security Council. He served in the Emirate of Bahrain on the U.S. Middle East Force Command staff, and in the Geopolitical Briefing & Analysis Division, Supreme Allied Commander Atlantic/Commander-in-Chief, U.S. Atlantic Fleet.

Mr. Sills serves as Executive Vice-President of FDI Global Strategies, a Michigan and Washington, DC based firm that provides strategic planning, program management, engineering, and globalization/business expansion support to a wide range of industrial, commercial and institutional clients. His education includes an M.A., Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tufts and Harvard Universities), and an A.B., Princeton University, Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.

Martin J. Sudz, Director of Medical Services & Corp. Affairs

Martin Sudz

Martin Sudz brings over thirty-two years of experience in the Health Care field as Director of Medical Services for Trillacorpe. He is responsible for expanding Trillacorpe’s Medical Division into numerous markets including the Veterans Administration, Government contractors, health care delivery systems, hospital groups, Group Purchasing Organizations, Long Term Care Organizations, and expansion outside the United States into various foreign countries.

Martin was a Senior Vice-President in charge of the Michigan-Ohio markets for Corning Clinical Laboratories (the largest laboratory in the world) during a long corporate career with several companies purchased by Corning, Inc. He consulted with numerous health care companies, assisting these firms in expanding their markets/sales and brought clearly defined patient markets to these providers. In addition to these companies, Martin advised and consulted with and for the Teamsters, Michigan Medicaid, Michigan Blue Cross/Blue Shield and the City of Detroit.

After receiving insurance and financial licenses, he started a financial and long-term care practice that specialized in advising closely held businesses and entrepreneurs and helping these individuals grow their businesses, becoming the preferred financial advisor for the Air Traffic Controllers in Michigan and other key groups and organizations. He is expert at bringing quality people together to provide solutions for the multitude of different scenarios facing Trillacorpe’s clients.

Charles Pfarrer, Director of National Security & Military Services

Chuck Pfarrer has extensive operational experience as a Naval Special Warfare Officer, and currently serves government and private sector clients as a terrorism/military analyst. He has a thorough understanding of national security issues involving intelligence, terrorism and Special Operations Forces (SOF), weapons of mass destruction (WMD), counter-proliferation, and counter-insurgency.

He has written numerous monographs on terrorism and counter-terrorism and has appeared as a CT expert on NPR, Fox News, etc. He is the creator of several text and multi-media productions that have won international acclaim. With extensive experience as a corporate director and software design program vice president for two California high technology companies, he is co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of a California corporation providing on-line National Security Affairs training. Projects include writing and producing exercise multi-path full motion video exercise simulations of terrorist WMD attacks for the FBI’s Counter-Terrorism Division, and numerous classified projects for the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.

Dean Duncan Jones, Director of Information Technology

Dean Jones

Dean Jones is an Associate Consultant and Director of Information Technology for Trillacorpe, and also serves as Director of Security and Technology for the Office of the Ecclesiastical Council. He is President of Perpetua Group, a Detroit-based operations, technology, security and internet consulting firm and has over 13 years of experience in the security, para-law enforcement, technology and hospitality industries.

Most recently, Dean served as a Team Leader in New Orleans for the Steele Foundation after Hurricane Katrina and during Hurricane Rita. He led a tactical/sentry team to facilitate the protection of the Ritz Carlton hotel, the Marriott Corporation's local interests and other properties in the area. Dean has acted as a Physical Security Consultant for many key facilities for several private firms and government agencies.

As a Tactics Instructor for the Omni Training Institute, Dean was certified as a CDT Tactical Master Instructor, LRT Survive Instructor, and Assistant Instructor for ASP Baton/OC. He has conducted instruction classes for law enforcement agencies, corporations, hospitals and civilian groups in these areas as well as in executive and facility protection, interviewing/interrogation techniques, and Force Option Management programs.

Jeff Wiebel, Director of Systems Integration

Jeff Wiebell has served the integrated electronic security industry for nearly 2 decades. He specializes in the design and implementation of security technology solutions that harden security while lowering clients costs or bringing a return on a clients investment. His key areas of expertise are security screening technologies, asset tracking, access control management systems, identity management systems and advanced integrated digital security video. For 14 years, he has ran large security solutions teams at Johnson Controls, Pinkerton Systems (Securitas) and Sensormatic (Tyco). He has been the CEO and President of SenTech an RF Electronic Asset Surveillance systems manufacturer and owner operator of Secure View Systems, the top Security Solutions Firm in Hawaii. His teams have proven year after year that successful business is based on client trust and providing clients cost effective, solid integrated security solutions utilizing the clients existing technology investment.

Mr. Wiebell is an international security expert recently advising the Chinese Government on security technologies at a recent Olympic Security Summit in Beijing and Shanghai. He has worked with the top Columbian CSI Firm, assisted Accenture in connecting their security operations in India (Mumbai and Bangalore), consulted Business leaders on critical infrastructure security in London, Mexico City, and Trinidad. Has as worked in the Pentagon and provided advanced technologies successfully to many of the US Government Agencies including advising DFAS on the critical shift from barcode access to proximity technology.

Mr. Wiebell brings global security technology expertise to Trillacorpe. He is responsible for providing the best technology choices for Trillacorpe security projects.

Jeff Wiebell has a Bachelors Degree in Economics and a minor in Labor Relations from Indiana University.

Paul Ruehl, Director of Environmental Services

As Trillacorpe/TCLG Field Operations Director, has designed and managed the remediation of more than 200 UST and other contaminated sites. He has assisted with the preparation of numerous BEAs; conducted Environmental Site Assessments and Compliance Audits; designed water discharge systems for a wide variety of clients; developed and patented the PET-Soil process for remediating petroleum contaminated soil in cement kilns; successfully closed two hazardous waste TSDF operations; performed on-site field GC analyses of soil and groundwater; stabilized contaminated soil in-situ; and prepared numerous air and water (NPDES) discharge permits, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, and SPCC Plans, as well as Environmental Operation Procedures for Environmental Management Systems (EMS).

Jay Brown, Director of Finance

Jay Brown has specialized in turnaround management and financial restructuring, across a wide range of commercial, industrial, and public sector firms and organizations; raising debt and equity funding for business owners and to fund mergers and acquisitions; business valuation and due diligence; operations consulting; competitor intelligence; and litigation support. He is currently on assignment to Wayne County, Michigan, as project manager for several special initiatives; has served as a Principal in Moeller, Brown & Casinelli, P.C., Concorde Management Group, and Multi Financial Services; and previously as Senior Financial Analyst-Corporate Planning in LTV Aerospace & Defense Corp., and Senior Financial Analyst at Comerica Bank. Jay obtained a B.A. at the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the U. of Michigan Graduate School of Business Administration.
