Burton-Katzman partners with Trillacorpe, LLC

Trillacorpe, LLC partners with Burton-Katzman Burton-Katzman Development Company and Trillacorpe, LLC have announced the creation of anew joint venture entity; Trillacorpe/BK LLC, which will focus on U.S. Federal Government contracts for general contracting and real estate related activities. The new entity is qualified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Trillacorpe, LLC was founded by Frank Campanaro, who also serves as CEO of the new venture.

The new enterprise is already experiencing some measure of success as it was recently awarded its first contract to perform general contracting renovation work at the Veteran’s Hospital in Saginaw, MI.. “Over the next few years, we intend to grow this company into one of the top SDVOB’s in the country”, reported Frank Campanaro. “Trillacorpe has been very successful in obtaining Federal contracts in a variety of business sectors such as security services, pharmaceuticals, and environmental response. Adding Burton-Katzman’s extensive constructionand real state development capabilities will expand our ability to provide outstanding performance and quality services to exceed the expectations of the Federal Government and our other clients.”

Trillacorpe, LLC and Major Pharmaceuticals are excited to announce their new partnership, "Trillacorpe Major, LLC." Trillacorpe, a leading Service Disabled Veteran Owned Company with a health care division and Major Pharmaceuticals, one of the nation's biggest and best known multi-source Drug Manufacturers has formed a coalition to provide unique service to the Federal Government, Veterans Administration and related customers by introducing a new Drug Label.

This new drug line will be partly owned and operated by disabled veterans making this the first Disabled Veteran Owned, manufactured & distributed Drug Label in the US. Not only is this significant from a Minority perspective, but also for the underlying purposes in which the venture was created; Major Pharmaceuticals is a staunch supporter of America's military and wanted to give back and felt that a Joint Venture with one of its trusted allies [Trillacorpe] would be the right thing to do.

Nearly a year in the making, and now officially on the move, Trillacorpe Major is already working on a cutting edge delivery system for national distribution of various drugs and chose to incorporate a thriving Native American Community with a 20 year operating history for additional diversification.

Trillacorpe Major proposes to hire as many disabled, handicapped and minority personnel as possible to run this new venture and hopes it will be a model operation for Corporate America to follow. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) – First-Response/Contingency Support Contract

Trillacorpe’s Commercial Land Group subsidiary (TCLG) has been awarded a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA #EP07W000025) under EPA’s “Expanding the Industry Base” initiative – to provide contingency support to EPA in the event of terrorist incidents, natural disasters such as Hurricane Katrina, or industrial accidents involving the release of hazardous substances, oil spills, etc. Under the contract, TCLG can be called upon to provide program coordination and personnel in several major categories of expertise including Environmental Architectural Engineering, Ventilation Engineering, Nuclear Waste Management & Remediation, IT/Data Quality Assurance, and Inorganic Chemistry/On-Site Testing & Evaluation.

U.S. Air Force – Digital Video Recorder Contract

Trillicorpe has been awarded a U.S. Air Force purchase contract for 23 mobile Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) which will be mounted on armored vehicles used in hostile deployed/combat environments. The state-of-the-art, ruggedized DVRs are designed and manufactured by Trillicorpe affiliates Argus Security Technologies, Inc./SecurteX Digital Corp.
