Paul Day, TCLG Environmental Program Director has exceptional technical and management experience in hazardous waste management, environmental restoration, emergency response planning, regulatory analysis, safety and health, and business management. He was assigned to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 10 Hazardous Waste Division from 1981 to 1993, and served as EPA’s Hanford Project Manager beginning in 1988. He has served in numerous technical and management roles, primarily at the Hanford Site and in the areas of Environment, Safety, and Health (ES&H) and Homeland Security. Mr. Day opened Patriot Technical Consultants, Inc. in 2005, to provide critical senior level consulting services to clients in the areas of Homeland Security, capacity development, emergency response planning, environmental policy, hazardous and nuclear waste cleanup, and regulatory planning and compliance.
